In this addition to the Agile Manifesto author review, our hosts Ryan Lockard (@AgilePHL) and James Gifford (@scrummando) interview author Mike Beedle (@mikebeedle). Mike shares his story as one of the very first adopters of the Scrum framework and his early involvement with Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland. Mike also shares his memories of the manifesto event (including a funny story about the ride to the resort). Mike also discusses his latest book and project, Enterprise Scrum. The book is due to release in 2017 under the Mike Cohn Signature Series. To learn more about the manifesto project, please visit agileuprising.com.
